The room is for subrent in the months July and August only. It is also possible to subrent the room for a shorter time. The house is located on a quiet street very close to the park. The city center is 5 and the Zernike campus 10 minutes by bike. The room has a small kitchen corner, as the house does not have a shared kitchen. The bathroom, however, is shared with the two other girls living in the house. Both girls are quiet and tidy roommates. As I am only gone for two months, all furniture and dishes etc. will remain in the room. Hence, I am looking for a neat person, that takes good care of my belongings.
