Hi all,I am looking for a girl to sublet my room from 17/7 to 18/9The monthly rent is 623 euros per month. Therefore, if you sublet the room during the entire mentioned period, the rent would be equal to two-month rent. Besides, I would like to ask for a deposit of 500 euros.The room is very conveniently located. It’s right behind the tram stop Lorentzplein where there are 3 trams (1, 16 and 17) running by. From the house, it takes around 6 minutes to arrive at Haagse Hogeschool and Holland Spoor Station, and less than 15 minutes to the Centrum or Centraal Station.The room is fully equipped and is the biggest room in the house (15m2). You will share the common space, the kitchen, the toilet and the bathroom with my housemate, Yating (Chinese-Dutch, 21y). Besides, if you have a bike, there is a storage space inside the house for extra security :D. You can also borrow my small bike if you don’t own one yet. We are all very chill people and want to keep the house tidy and in a cozy vibe. We all lead our own lives but would love to sit down every now and then to have dinner and have some small talk.
