We are looking for a tenant for our comfortable flat for the next 9 months (with the possibility of extension). We have a room available for rent in our fully furnished apartment.Apartment Highlights:Location: Our apartment is conveniently located in the center of Nieuw Sloten with a tram stop right at doorstep. You’ll also find AH, Dirk, Kruidvat, a butcher, fish market, bakery, pharmacy, and more just downstairs.Accessibility: Leidseplein is just a 15-minute tram ride away.Pet Policy: Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate pets as we already have 2 cats in the apartment.Upcoming Tenant: In the following months, another tenant will be moving into the adjacent room and in total there will be 2 tenants living in the flat. My husband most of the time and myself partially are away and the flat can be fully used by the tenants during our absence. No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited within the premises.Privacy and Shared Spaces: During our absence, you’ll have full access to the apartment, including the living room (excluding our bedroom).
