I just got a contract somewhere else so I am looking for someone who could enter as soon as possible for an indefinite period. You will be sharing the toilet, kitchen, shower and cute balcony with other four lovely roommates.The room is very quiet, located in the first floor. We are 5 minutes away from Grote Markt and aprox 12 min away from Zernike by bike. We are really close to the UMCG and to DOT. The rent is 496€ plus extra 16€ for Wi-Fi, dishwasher and washing machine. I am specifically searching for someone who is willing to buy my furniture (the desk, bed, sofa, TV, small fridge and others) for 350€.
