Hello,First: I encourage everybody to look for an introduction of myself in my profile! 🙂 Now that you are familiar with me, let’s start!ABOUT THE APARTMENT AND THE ROOMThe apartment and the room are furnished, although I still need to buy an extra closet for the bathroom, a chair for the room, and an extra lamp.I work some days from home and, as can be seen in the pictures, I work from the living room, that’s why the living room is marked as “private”. This does not mean at all that the tenant is forbidden from entering the living room, I am more than happy to spend time together! But please keep in mind that during working hours it is my working space 🙂 The new tenant gets the big room, my room is small and a table does not fit in there. ABOUT CONTRACT DURATIONThis is the first time for me placing an add! I am sure we will get along together but, just in case, at least at the beginning I am looking for a “fixed term” duration. I am flexible with the duration though! (Kamernet forces me to put a fixed length, but it is negotiable). ABOUT YOUNow that you know about me, let’s know a bit more about you!
