Hi potential roomies! My lovely housemate will move out of our cosy apartment that’s one minute away from the center and all that it has to offer. You would be taking over her bedroom, which is 7.1 sqm, and over her 2-3 sqm private balcony. You’ll be sharing the rest of the apartment, which has been completely renovated in January 2023 (so it’s energy label A, there’s floor heating, a dishwasher, etc.), with me. Also, of course, registration is possible and we will sign a contract.The room is available long term, and I prefer someone who’ll be here for a year or longer. Also, we strongly prefer someone who’ll take over the bed and closet, which my housemate sells for 400. Please do mention in your message if you’d like to buy the furniture.Lastly, a little bit about me: My name is Ana, I’m 25 y/o, currently wrapping up my master’s at the UvA and looking for someone — preferably a girl, but if we click guys are no prob for me. I spend my free time going to the gym, cooking, and watching & reading all sorts of things.
