Living room, kitchen and toilet are on ground floor. 1st floor has 3 bedrooms which are for rent. Bedroom is furnished with bed, matress, quilt, pillow, curtains, clothing rack, wardrobe, desk and chair etc. GWE upto 80Euros per month is paid by me. More than this amount is to be shared. Generally during winters, due to more gas consumption, bills can go beyond 80Euros.Internet price is included in rent. Registration is possible. Contract will be for period of 1 year initially with a diplomatic clause starting after 4 months. Price for cleaning is not included in rent. A cleaner will come weekly or bi weekly to clean common areas of house. Cleaner cost per month is around 50 Euros per person.
