A sunny room in a recently renovated house in Vinkhuizen. You will be sharing the house with 2 other women who study at RUG. The rent is 500 €, 250€ for the rest of this month (September). 15 minutes from the center by bus/bike. Zernike is 5-ish minutes away by bike. Buses go from right in front of the house. There’s a shed to put your bike in and a nice back garden. The room comes partially furnished. I (Netta) am the roommate who’s leaving the house and am in the process of moving, so it’s still a bit unclear if the bed will stay or go with me. I will take the mirror with me, but will leave the lamps, vintage arm chair and vanity table for your use for no extra cost – you may use them to your liking. If I end up leaving the bed (incl. mattress, bought 1 year ago), I will charge 100 euros for it. The room has a large closet for your clothes (not seen in pictures or video).Please send us an elaborate description of yourself so that we can see if you’d be a good fit for the room. We’re a feminist house 🙂 We also want someone who can adhere to a cleaning schedule and is generally very tidy.
